Well, I’ve just been informed by WordPress that it’s already been one year since I’ve debut Good Morning Otaku!!! I’m so happy that I managed to keep this up for a year!! I think it’s because I finally just decided to write about what I know and love rather than completely random crap that barely got views. I have some really cool blogs in the works to celebrate this milestone, so stay tuned!!
In the meantime, here’s a video I’ve been meaning to post for awhile. Japan really loves it’s anime characters, so much so in fact they bring them to life with various means (be it cosplay or other). Recently at the Makuhari Messe Convention Center, fans of Splatoon were treated to a live concert featuring Callie and Marie, the squid sisters from the Stay Fresh segments of the game. Utilizing the same holographic technology for Hatsune Miku concerts, the sisters sang the popular tracks from Splatoon. On this video, the live concert starts around 9:27. Enjoy, and stay fresh!!
